Spectacular views from the living room take in the iconic Howelsen Hill and the locals favorite Nordic and biking trails on Emerald Mountain.
4 BD / 3BA that boasts polished wood floors throughout, lots of natural light, modern finishes mixed with some mountain elements and inviting living spaces. This home offers great flexibility, a nice option for a group as it has a lot of beds, or two families traveling together, and you're also welcome to bring the family dogs!
In addition to the great room, there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor, plus a bathroom off the hallway and a laundry closet located on the main floor. The primary bedroom has high ceilings with ceiling fan, and ensuite with walk in shower and double vanity. This bedroom also enjoys access to the deck and backyard from the sliding glass door. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on this same floor. These bedrooms share the full bathroom that is located off the hallway.
